This quote resonated with me because I’m so guilty of constantly checking how many likes my photos get, how many followers I have, how many views my reels get, etc etc

Let me tell you, I’ve had some really dark days that stem from my crippling “imposter syndrome” but in the end, the numbers don’t mean anything and what truly matters is your community. And I’m so proud of this bad ass community of women that you’ve helped me create over the past two years and I couldn’t be more thankful for ALL OF YOU who continue to follow along on my journey and support me!

So let this be your reminder that the numbers don’t mean anything and what truly matters is the connections / value you bring to your audience and believe me, EVERYONE HAS VALUE!

⭐️HOTEL REVIEW: Hyatt Regency Maui Resort + Spa ⭐️

Our first time visiting Maui and we were so thankful for our stay at @hyattmaui. Everything from the ambiance to the location to the pool (my fav part) was top notch and they went above and beyond to make us feel safe.

✨The location: Kaanapali is one of the main tourist destinations. The beaches here are breathtaking with golden sand and there is so many things to do within walking distance of the hotel. Whalers Village is only a 15 minute walk and there are endless restaurant options.

✨The atmosphere: Pure paradise. You walk into the lobby and immediately feel as though you’re in a luxurious resort. The safety protocols in place made our stay much more at ease.

It’s also a great resort for kids. They have penguins, swans, flamingos, and so much more to keep the kids busy and occupied (I may or may not have been VERY excited about the animals myself 🙈)

✨The pool: They have 3 pools on the property. A main pool, kids pool, and the resident pool. We chose to chill at the latter (pictured above) and we had the entire alcove to ourselves for most the day. The serve the most delicious lunch and drinks at the pool. Get the pineapple spritz and thank me later!

✨The service/staff: Everyone we encountered was accommodating, kind, and went above and beyond. We were upgraded to an ocean view room at arrival and let me tell you, that’s the best way to start your stay!

All in all I give this property a 5/5. It’s a prime choice when staying in Kaanapali and we will definitely return back for our next visit to Maui!

Leave San Diego early (6-7am) to get up to the mountain by 9am.

🤍Breakfast at @grizzlymanorcafe (you can put your name on the waitlist via @yelp prior to arriving)

🤍Grab coffee + a crepe to go @cafecrepebigbear and take it to Boulder Bay Park

🤍Venture up to the Moonridge area for some walking trails through the snow and cabin oogling

🤍Drive around the lake in its entirety to take in the beautiful Mountain View’s from the other side

🤍Grab lunch @teddybearrestaurant and hit up the alpine outdoor slide to end the day

The drive from San Diego is roughly 2.5 hours one way but it’s a fun day trip if you’re up for the adventure.

If you plan on skiing, I would suggest you head up even earlier to get the most out of your lift pass.
