Have you been searching for an honest Necessaire review? I’m here to spill the tea! Chances are you’ve heard or seen about Necessaire products if you are on social media. Necessaire has taken the personal care products and self-care industry to the next level with their spa-like products that leave your skin feeling like BUTTAH. Not only that, but they are a sustainable brand that has revolutionized the way consumers take care of their skin. I personally have been using Necessaire products for over a year. So I’m going to break down all the details so you can decide if it’s worth it for your lifestyle or not.

About Necessaire

Firstly, how much do you typically spend on skincare? And how much do you spend on body care products? If you’re like me, the difference is drastic. I will spend hundreds of dollars taking care of the skin on my face but choose whatever is on sale when shopping for my body care. Well not anymore!

Necessaire started in 2018 with the notion of changing the way we think about body care. Not only that but the brand uses recycled paper and bottles in its packaging. Necessaire Product Review

Nécessaire Body Wash: If there’s any way to make your shower experience more of a spa-like experience then you need to add the Necessaire Body Wash to your shower routine. It’s a daily multi-vitamin cleanser for the skin with ingredients such as citrus Aurantium Dulcis, Camellia Sinensis Leaf extract, and Caryodendron Orinocense Seed Oil. I personally love the way the eucalyptus smells during a steamy shower and when paired with the body exfoliator you have yourself a perfect duo. This body wash review is a 10/10 for me!

The Body Exfoliator: An effective exfoliator that should be used a few times a week. This effective exfoliating treatment breaks down charcoal on contact for a skin detox, while Volcanic Pumice, Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA), Beta Hydroxy Acid (BHA), and Gluconolactone (PHA) help to resurface the skin. Use 1-2 times a week or as desired. Apply all over the body. You only need a small amount of this exfoliator and it goes a long way! For optimal results pair it with the body wash, serum, and body lotion.

The Body Lotion: Packed with multi-vitamins and niacinamide this body lotion is the best I’ve ever used. I use it religiously every night

The Body Serum: The newest member on the block, the body serum can be used daily and includes hyaluronic acid to give your skin that extra plump. Use it before the body lotion for optimal results.

The Body Oil: Lightweight body oil for hydrating and nourishing the skin. I use this one during the summertime when my skin needs that extra hydration. It features sweet almond oil, hazelnut seed oil, sclerocarya birrea seed oil, and macadamia seed oil.  and macadamia seed oil. 

Hand Cream: One of my favorite products from Necessaire is their peptide hand cream. It’s fragrance-free, luxurious, and has multi-vitamins which leaves your hands feeling nice and smooth. If you’re like me and spend your days washing dishes then this hand cream is most definitely for you!

Worth the Hype?

In my personal opinion after using it for over a year, I would put my seal of approval on these products and say it’s definitely worth the hype. Sure, it’s a bit more expensive than the body care products sold at your local stores. But remember, that skin is your body’s largest organ and we need to take care of it just like we take care of the skin on our face. With all that being said, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the products lasted a long time. My body wash and exfoliator duo has lasted me 4-5 months and that’s with using it every day (the body wash, you only want to use the exfoliator 2-3 times a week). Finally, they have a lot of sensitive skin product options that are fragrance-free.
